I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was supportive and helpful in every way. The location was ideal, close to the bus station and right next to the metro station. It was also conveniently close to everything, including big malls that were within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. I also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was offered.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff at Levent Lavandula. They provided me with a beautiful organic soap and the breakfast was excellent, especially the freshly baked bread. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to big malls and the bus station.

The hotel provided excellent breakfast and the staff were very helpful and smiling. The hotel's newness and attention to detail were notable, making for a wonderful stay. the hotel's location was key, with convenient access to nearby malls and attractions.
The towels provided were brand new and not washed, unhygienic. The receptionist had difficulty speaking English and did not address our query about late check-in.

One downside is that the walls in the hotel can be thin, resulting in some noise disturbances from other guests.

The location, though in a bustling business district, is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms on the 4th floor were very satisfactory. The breakfast had a good selection of food to start the day off right.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me. They provided me with a Euro-US plug adapter and helped me with currency exchange at a good rate. They even paid the taxi driver in local currency when I arrived. The hotel is clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the location is conveniently close to the metro station.
Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.
